Account and Data Deletion

Version 1.0 · Effective 1 November 2026 · Last updated 1 November 2026

In short

Anyone who has or had a Ritwik One account can ask the Company to delete it. Email support@ritwikfinance.com from the email address you sign in with, or use Report a problem in the app. The Company closes the account, deletes the data it does not need to keep, and tells you what it kept, why and until when. Records the law requires the Company to keep, such as payment records for 8 years, are deleted when that period ends.

1. Preamble

Ritwik Finance Enterprises Private Limited (“the Company”, “we” or “us”) provides Ritwik One, its staff app on the web and on Android (the “Platform”), to its employees and contract staff (“you”). The Android app is published on Google Play by Ritwik Finance Enterprises Private Limited.

This Account and Data Deletion Policy (“Policy”) explains how to ask the Company to delete your Platform account and data, what the Company deletes, and what it must keep and for how long. Only the Company’s administrators can create accounts. You do not need the app installed, or to be signed in, to ask.

2. Who Can Ask

Any current or former employee or contract staff member of the Company who has, or had, a Ritwik One account.

3. How to Ask

  1. By email: write to support@ritwikfinance.com from the email address you use to sign in to Ritwik One, with the subject “Delete my account”.
  2. On the Platform: tap Report a problem (the speech-bubble icon at the top of the app, or in your Profile) and say you want your account deleted.

If you can no longer use that email address, write from another address. HR will confirm who you are in person, with a photo ID.

You can also ask the Company to delete only some data, such as your problem reports, and keep your account. Use the same routes and say what you want deleted.

4. If You Still Work for the Company

The Platform is how staff record trips and claim travel reimbursement. If you delete your account while you work for the Company, you will not be able to record trips or claim through the Platform. You will then claim on a paper claim form, approved by your manager and paid by the Accounts team. The Company will contact you to make sure you understand this, but will not refuse your request.

Before deleting, the Company pays any pending claims and any wallet balance due to you.
